In the Play Store, there are probably tens of thousands of apps that track your health using your phone.
All these apps are undoubtedly useful and serve their purpose. Some count steps, others record heart rate, physical activity, blood sugar, etc.
The list of measured parameters and provided analytics could be listed for hours.
But what if you ONLY need to measure your heart rate? Or ONLY blood sugar/pressure/activity, etc.?
Look for a separate app just to record your heart rate? Then, using a separate tool (e.g., a fitness bracelet), enter these changes into your phone?
And what if you only need this once (for a week or a month)?
And what if you already have, for example, a blood pressure monitor or heart rate monitor that can measure everything but just can’t store it in a convenient format?
And what if you need to enter not only numbers but also your well-being at the moment of measurement?
For these specific cases, I created a simple prompt Health Diary.
Using this prompt is very simple.
Three easy steps:
Download Prompt
Through the app, download the “Health Diary” prompt from the library.
Record Voice
Dictate the data, for example: “blood pressure 120 over 80, sugar 52, pulse 66”.
Select Prompt
With a single tap, choose the downloaded prompt to process your text.
Final Result
You get a filled Google Spreadsheet saved on your Google Drive.
As a result, you get a filled Google Sheet with all the data (date and time are inserted automatically). This spreadsheet is saved on your Google Drive, and you can do whatever you want with this data:
- Share the collected statistics with your doctor (recommended)
- Ask your coach about it
- Ask AI
You can also modify the prompt as you wish, both through your phone and on the website.
Give it a try! ComPost handles this task perfectly.
