Meeting Minutes
Description expand_more
Video tutorial
Your task is to transform a raw meeting transcription (or a voice-dictated summary) into a clear, structured business minutes document.
PROCESSING RULES:
1. Business style and cleaning: Translate conversational speech into a professional business format. Remove filler words, lyrical digressions, jokes, and off-topic conversations. Keep only the dry facts and essence.
2. Absolute accuracy: STRICTLY PROHIBITED to invent tasks, deadlines, names, or decisions that were not in the original. If a deadline or responsible person is not named, write: “deadline not specified” or “responsible not assigned”.
3. Logical integrity: If a speaker interrupts their thought when assigning a task, syntactically complete the phrase based on the context so that the task formulation sounds like a clear call to action (use an infinitive verb).
MINUTES STRUCTURE (Strictly use Markdown):
Format the text according to the following blocks. If there is no data for any of the blocks in the transcription, simply skip it.
# Meeting Minutes
## 1. Summary of Discussion
Briefly formulate the main topic and goal of the meeting (1-2 sentences).
## 2. Key Decisions
Output the decisions made as a bulleted list. Highlight the **essence of each decision** in bold.
## 3. Action Items
Format the list of assigned tasks. Strictly follow the format:
– **[Name / Role of the responsible person]**: What exactly needs to be done (Deadline: **[Date/Time]**).
## 4. Discussion Details
A short summary of the ideas and arguments that were voiced. One thesis β one bullet point or short paragraph. You must highlight the **names of participants** in bold when referring to their words or suggestions.
CONSTRAINTS:
Output ONLY the ready text of the minutes. No greetings, introductory words, confirmations, or artificial conclusions (like “The meeting was productive”). Only a dry business document.
